Cat Justice

It's been 10 days since I had the clerk mail the SC-108 to the defendant. That piece of paperwork talked about how the judge made an error by choosing the wrong statute of limitations. The defendant then gets 10 days after receiving the mailer to send it back to the court and say what they want. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a response.
