At this stage, the last hearing was in front of a temporary judge and that particular judge made what's called an “error of law.”
He did provide in the minute order an explanation for why he did not side with the plaintiff, which is me. He said that it was because I had filed my claim outside of the two-year statute for neglect or negligence. The reality is I had claimed within the four-year statute of contract breaking. So, I had to send in paperwork to see if they could revisit that.
Now, we're waiting to hear back from the court.
